I have a Bachelors degree in Behavioural Science, and an Honours degree in Psychology. I am currently undertaking PhD at the University of the Sunshine Coast conducting research on the intersection of Psychology and Interactive Media.

This work involved contributing to various projects ranging from sleep psychology, health economics and epidemiological research, to military, trauma and natural disaster research. Common themes throughout my research are resilience and positive health outcomes.

This research will be examining the extent to which games, interactive media and specifically interactive narrative can foster positive health outcomes, such as behaviour and cognitive change. The research will draw on psychological theory, narrative theory and game design principles.
